ATI Comprehensive Predictor Proctored Assessment Reflection

ATI Comprehensive Predictor Proctored Assessment Reflection

Reflecting on my experience of the ATI Comprehensive Predictor Proctored Assessment, I’d say I was very encouraged about my chances on NCLEX. I scored just above the national average in terms of percentile ranking, scoring in the 53rdpercentile. Even better yet, it was predicted that I had a 92% chance of passing NCLEX on my first attempt. This was very encouraging and welcome news for me! It shows me that all my hard work that I’ve put into my nursing classes the past two years is finally paying off. While taking the exam, I was confident in most of my answers. I was, however, surprised at some of the topics I needed to remediate on. I attribute this to the fact that I answered 180 questions in one sitting without taking 5–10-minute breaks and getting up as I was doing with the practice exam. It would not surprise to see that the bulk of my incorrect answers were in the latter half of the exam. I felt myself getting very tired around question 120 and not being as attentive and focused as I was when first sitting down for the exam. Overall, I am still very pleased with my results. % chance of passing NCLEX aside, I am very proud of my percentile score. It shows me that I am exactly where I need to be, and that is something I am extremely proud of.
